RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  2. All returned items must be in original, factory-sealed, unopened packaging and in clean, resalable condition. Products that have been opened, used, damaged, marked, altered, or have missing parts will not be accepted.
  3. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned products that were shipped correctly according to the original order.
  4. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  5. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs on approved returns unless the return is due to an error by Innovative Sourcing.
  6. Items shipped incorrectly by Innovative Sourcing may be returned at no cost to the customer. No restocking fee will apply to incorrectly shipped items.
  7. Exchanges may be approved for eligible unopened products. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, as well as any price difference or marginal cost between exchanged items.
  8. Customized merchandise, special-order products, and items sold at discounted or clearance pricing are non-returnable unless defective or incorrectly shipped.
  9. Return freight charges from refused and/or undeliverable shipments will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  10. Replacement items will not be shipped until returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
  11. All returns and exchanges must follow the RMA procedures below or they may be refused.
  12. Refunds are processed within 2 business days after returned merchandise has been received and approved. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take an additional 5–7 business days to appear on your account.

RMA PROCEDURES

  1. Please contact our office to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Returned items must be received within 10 business days from the date the RMA number is issued.
  3. A copy of the original packing slip or invoice must be included with the return shipment.
  4. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.
  5. Any return received without a valid RMA number or outside the approved return window may be refused.

Innovative Sourcing recommends using an insured and trackable shipping method for all returns. Innovative Sourcing is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.
