1. How do I know what type of bottle to select for my wine?
Bottle selection is a choice for your winery based on its marketing plan. Our experienced Packaging Consultants have strong knowledge to help you manage all of your packaging needs including help determine what format style of glass works for the wines you are making.
2. What are my options as far as the type of carton?
We work with multiple corrugated manufacturers. We have a range of options we can offer in regards to the carton material, sizing, and printing. Our stock package is a #3 white box with chipboard partitions. We can also help any winery create custom cartons.
3. What do I do if we experience a quality issue on the bottling line?
Contact your Packaging Consultant and Account Coordinator immediately regarding the issues. They will work closely with you along with our quality team resources to resolve the situation.
4. What is Delivery time?
In stock items ship within 3 – 5 business days unless otherwise noted. During inventory, holiday and other busy periods, shipping may be delayed by a week or more. Transit time will vary by destination and transportation method.
5. Do you have a price list?
Because we have so many different variations of bottles, caps and closures in stock, we are unable to publish our pricing here. We want to make sure the pricing you receive is accurate and specific to YOUR needs.

6. How do I know you will have my glass?
We manage your glass needs through forecasting. A Customer Service Rep or Sales Associate will work one on one with you to determine your needs for the coming year. We then make sure your ware is available in our warehouse for shipment when you need it.
